Honestly, I think Scythe is a great book to annotate because the philosophy and topics brought up are actually pretty powerful and I enjoyed it alot.

A Little Life is a heavy read but it’s my favorite book of all time. I think about the book once a week and I read it 6 years ago.

Scythe will be an excellent book to annotate. I am currently reading the 3rd in the series and there are definitely good themes. Some annotation suggestions would be 1. Morality 2. Technology overstepping/changing the world 3. Consequences of actions

I read A Little Life over the course of two years, because I had to take a break in the middle. I started it in 2018, and finished it 2020. I had a hard time getting into the book, because it starts off slow. about halfway through the first part, I think around 100 pages, I was able to get into the story. This is one of the first books that I so closely related to the main character, Jude. I anded up having to stop because of something really harrowing that happened. Also, I didn't own the book, and it had to go back to the library. About six or so months later I picked it back up and sailed through the next part or two. It's been 5 years, since I finished it. The ending left me shook, and I also happened to finish Turtles All the Way Down by John Green. That was another boo that I really related to the main character, but it actually made me feel better, so my day was saved. Please give yourself a lot of grace and time to read this book, so if you have to take longer than a month allow yourself to do so.

I read king of wrath in one sitting. Loved the book! For me the second book in tge series was very dissapointing, but king of wrath is amazing!!!

king of wrath was okay for me, and i dnfed the second book near the end and have no interest in picking up the rest of the series 😅 i definitely do not blame you for trading it

I read king of wrath last month and it was good. I throughly enjoyed it. It’s a forced proximity and arranged marriage which are tropes I love.
