Thank you for this video! I do have a question. My Etsy shop has been open for a few years. I finally found a product that sells however I found that keeping my prices competitive and offering free shipping, and the 10% thankyou discount was putting me in the red. I decided to stop the free shipping. With all that being said I want to message my repeat customers that they can still get free shipping if they shop on my website. My question is, can I just message them to check out my website with a link? (All my shipments go out with a flyer with my website information so they should have it. ) Thank you in advance for your help

So you can put to sign up for email list in shop announcement, then send them an email to go to your website? I feel like this is the exact same thing as saying "hey go shop on my website" lol.
