great video, easy and to the point. I have the X500 and it took me less than 5 minutes and after doing so I realized the deck had not been properly leveled before being delivered. It gives a sense of accomplishment to be able to do everything on the mower yourself.

I have 2 different leveling clicks. one shows x300 and mine is a x320 and the other selection.. the next click back shows.. all other decks. It's only 1/4 inch difference. I just don't know when they show x300 if they are referring to x300 series mowers or just the x300.

Drop the wheels down so the deck can float over hills and bumps. Otherwise you'll be chopping into the dirt at all times if you have un even terrain.

Bought a used X300 and it doesn't have the T-tool, or the holes above the deck for one to go into...

I have an older x500 have checked tire pressure. Have to level it with a wrench in the back. The” tool” must be for newer models. I’ve leveled it twice and the wheels are still causing me to scalp the yard. When i put them 1/4 “ off the ground two of the wheels are in the 3rd detent 2 are in the 4th?? I cant find info anywhere on it???

The bracket holding the nut has broken on one side and it just free spins, how to do I fix this?

Not exactly a how-to for people who don’t know their way around the mower already. So, not helpful for me. The next mower I buy will be easier to troubleshoot and service on my own. Seriously, I have better things to do than rewind this video and replay. So not intetested. Also, instruction John Deere instruction manuals are terrible. Terrible!
