“Allahuma Anta Rabbi, la ilaha illa Anta, khalaqtani wa ana ‘abduka, wa ana ‘ala ‘ahdika wa wa dika mastata tu, a udhu bika min sharri ma sana tu, abu u laka bini matika ‘alayya, wa abu u laka bidhanbi faghfir li, fa innahu la yaghfirudh-dhunuba illa Anta.”

(O Allah! You are my Lord. There is no god except You. You have created, I am Your slave, I hold to Your Covenant as far as I can. I seek refuge in You from the evil of what I have done. I acknowledge the favours that You have bestowed upon me and I confess my sins. Pardon me, for none but You has the power to pardon)(all sins can be erased if this dua used with the conditions of repentence there are 5:

1-Repentence is for Allah(سبحانه و تعالى) sincerly

2-Regreting your sin

3-Intending never to do it again

4-Stop doing it

5-Asking Allah(سبحانه و تعالى) for forgiveness, and there are many ways but the best one is mentioned above

‎اللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ وَ سَلِّمْ عَلَى نَبِيِّنَا مُحَمَّدٍ
Allaahumma salli wa sallim 'alaa Nabiyyinaa Muhammad

Ubayy ibn Ka‘b (may Allah be pleased with him) said: I said: O Messenger of Allah, I want to send more blessings upon you (before offering supplication); how much of my supplication should I allocate to that? He ﷺ said: “Whatever you wish.” I said: One quarter? He ﷺ said “Whatever you wish, but if you do more, it will be better for you.” I said: Half? He ﷺ said: “Whatever you wish but if you do more, it will be better for you.” I said: Two thirds? He ﷺ said: “Whatever you wish, but if you do more, it will be better for you.” I said: Shall I make all of my supplication for that? He ﷺ said: “Then your worries will be taken care of and your sin will be forgiven.” (Tirmidhi, classed as hasan by al-Albaani).
