Sonographic anatomy of the gallbladder and biliary ducts

The objective of this talk is to discuss the normal ultrasound anatomy of the gallbladder and biliary ducts.
By the end of this lecture, you will be familiar with grayscale characteristics of gallbladder and biliary ducts, and how to measure the gallbladder wall, gallbladder size and common bile duct diameter.

Thank you for the beautifully precise presentation, I just have a clarification in regards to Hydrops of the gallbladder, is the cut-off for the width of the gallbladder in relation to hydrops 4 mm or 4cm? I just want to confirm, if perhaps there was a mistake with the measurement, as other sources on the internet say 4cm. Thank you!

Postcholescytectomy CBD should be larger. I thought less than 11mm is considered within normal range?
