I like to think of it as generators. I have 10 thousands watts of solar and 25000 watts of useable 48 volt batteries. I basically run on a 10 kw generator all day and when the sun goes down I run on a 25kw generator all night. And in the morning I find that I only used 4 percent of the battery. I don't use my diesel generator any more it's now ballanced and I'm at float by 8:00 in the morning.
