It is a really good point that do not think discipline as a hard burden for you, that’s a way you would enjoy, self care and satisfy with yourself. I’m reading your book “level up” now, most of people know the concept you mentioned “results happen take time after long time hard work”would you like to talk about how people can keep it in mind always and not giving themselves up in this long time”awaiting” time? By the way, “ level up” worthwhile reading again and again 😊

You remind me of David Meinstein. He was the host of Portal on G4TV about 20 years ago. This is probably what he would be doing if he hadn't gone missing from society.

Дисциплина - мышца, которую нужно постоянно наращивать. Дисциплина не нужна для легких дел (сон, скроллинг и тп), тебе нужна дисциплина для задач, которые полезны для тебя, окружающих и тп.
Discipline is a form of self love - you’re doing what is good for you

Склонны видеть результат сразу, но если мы хотим добиться чего-то, должны уметь ждать

If you take good actions for yourself - time will be your friend

If u take bad actions - time will be your worst enemy

Дисциплина - не насилие, а любовь, забота о себе

1. Challenge yourself to finish everything that you start - start doing little things as best as you can, the feeling of finishing what you start, don’t allow yourself to stop early

2. Plan ahead - to make it easier to take action

3. Design your environment, remove junk food from your house, get around appropriate people

4. Focus on progress, not perfection . Messed up - don’t be an asshole for yourself. Self pity, guilt and shame, make reflection, don’t judgement.

5. Reward yourself - cheat meal for example, celebrate yourself, same action the next day, be proud
