Army is ruling Pak indirectly thru politicians. Means politicians are not efficient, corrupt and are servant to army. The organization is imperfect. Better Army govern Pak, but then no international support being not a Democratic country. Army will become corrupt inevitably and already is. KHAN realizing had tried people support. It is in hands of people of Pak of their future. Surely, India has grown thru Pak in strengthening on various scopes.
