In Jamaica we call it chocolate tea, it’s nice boiled with some added spice like nutmeg, a bay leaf and condensed milk

Heads up. Chocolate beans contain more fat so while grinding coffee produces a powder, grinding chocolate beans produces a paste. We gunked up our coffee grinder attempting this and had to abandon ship 😂 BUT! You can brew the chocolate bean outer shells as a delicious tea so all was not lost.

It's actually pretty close to the ancient Aztec drink. One of their kings supposedly drank 80 cups of this stuff PER DAY.

I like how half of this video is your own stock footage from when you made a chocolate bar from scratch.

There's a company that sells chocolate like this called crio brew. Basically tastes like very weak hot chocolate

How about pulling that as a shot with an espresso machine? Could be a disaster but if you could figure out how to do it 😮‍💨 game changer
