Discover the profound teachings of Stoicism through "Freedom in Letting Go," a guided meditation for transcendence. Drawing on Epictetus' wisdom, this meditative journey guides you towards letting go of unfulfilled desires, finding freedom in acceptance and contentment with what is. Experience transcendence as you detach from external wants and cultivate inner peace. Keywords: guided meditation, Stoicism, transcendence, freedom, letting go, acceptance.

“It is not death that a man should fear, but he should fear never beginning to live.” - Marcus Aurelius

*Explanation:*
Marcus Aurelius, the renowned Stoic philosopher and Roman emperor, argues that it is not death we should fear but rather a life unfulfilled. He reminds us that our time is limited and that we should focus on living a meaningful, virtuous life. Stoicism teaches us to face and accept our mortality, using it as motivation to live fully in the present and pursue what truly matters.

*Actionable Item:*
Consider what it means to truly live for you. What values, actions, or experiences make your life meaningful? Aim to incorporate more of these elements into your daily life.

*Journaling Prompt:*
Reflect on your relationship with the concept of mortality. How does recognizing your finite time on Earth affect your choices and priorities? How can you use this awareness to live more fully?

I heard this quote just before meditating: “Live each day not as if it were your last, but as if it were your first.” Seems appropriate. 🙏

Nice quote! My own quote is: once you are not afraid to feel you are free.

Feel with observation and love so you can live life as deep as love goes. The deeper you love yourself and are in acceptance the more the soul shines through your whole being.

Once again, thank you for your meditation and for sharing wise thoughts

One of my issues has been, how to protect myself against a person (half my age, hasn't tried a microbit of what I have) but, apparently, enjoys to dominate and intimidate, whenever she sees a possibility

She's the owner of the place where I have my horse. And it's lying in the air, that if I do not accept to be 'underneath' her, she'll just kick me out...
I'm looking for another place - but, until there's somewhere free, or we ourselves, find the right property - I have a knot in the stomach, from the affect of her behaviour.

I would almost rate her as a sociopath

Do you have any suggestions on how to protect oneself against a person who continually invade one's personal border with toxicity...?

I presume, that I'm not the only one, who experience this issue....

Any suggestions are welcome....

As mentioned - it's not possible for me to remove myself from the situation, right now.

Thank you. Have a great weekend 🪷
