New Impaired Driving Legislation - Bill C-46

Bill C-46 proposes new screening measures for drivers impaired by alcohol and/or drugs, new roadside testing and driving limits for cannabis, and several other provisions – all of which will vastly improve impaired driving laws and reduce impairment-related crashes, deaths and injuries.
