You get your car taken away even if your not guilty. Then you pay the impound then goto court not guilty you still pay. Its a cash cow.

They are not telling the whole story here. They can now come to your house, or an establishment and require your breath. Refusal results in arrest.
ie: a vindictive person knows your “going” to be having drinks. Then calls police on you telling them that you “have” been drinking.
Arrested and Charged you now have to prove your innocence.
I thought it was innocent until proven guilty.

With this new law you can't drive two hours prior to commencing drinking. That is to say you can't drive home and take a taxi to the pub to drink until two hours have passed. Such a law should cause civil unrest; what is wrong with us?
