Here’s what you need to know…

When people say they live in Phoenix, they don’t often mean the actual city of Phoenix… Most people mean the Phoenix metro area, which is comprised of more than 20 cities spread throughout a huge valley.

While Phoenix is the largest city, but it’s made up of several different suburban area that stretch out for miles and miles.

When you hear in the news about a ton of the different tech companies moving to Phoenix, almost none of them are actually in the city. Those are more spread out in the various suburbs of the city, many of which are on the East Side in cities like Mesa & Gilbert.

If you’re thinking about moving to the Phoenix area, it’s important to try and narrow down where you want to be and what’s important to you in terms of cost and lifestyle.

If we’re just meeting, welcome! My name is Jake and I’m a real estate professional that specializes in helping you buy, sell, or move in the East side of Phoenix!

If you’d like more information on some of the different suburbs in Phoenix, comment ‘GUIDE’ and I’ll send it your way!

Looking forward to connecting soon!

Set your oven to 200.
Get dressed for a normal day.
Open the oven and stand/kneel within 2ft.
*If you're not ready for this at 5am 9months of the year, rethink PHX.
It will be quite nice Jan/Feb/Mar but expect to be motivated to stay inside the rest of the year and rack up a $500 monthly electric bill

It is not a walkable city unless you’re in Downtown or in Tempe/Scottsdale
