if there was a "love" option on this video I'd use it. This actually allows me to use the external keyboard and not be grumpy. I love you. Saved me $120. In Sonoma 14.4+ I had to search for "modifier key" in settings to get the right panel to show up.

After a few months of copy and pasting by mouse clicking, I grew fed up of my mishmash work setup (that I had to provide, rude!) and finally realized there must be a way to program the keyboard. I missed a step and this brings me so much joy!!!
