Aemon and Naerys was unlikely. It's just a rumor bcs Aegon was overshadowed by his own brother. Naerys was pious and Aemon was honorable knight. So it's unlikely to abuse their sacred vow

Even if the heir Daeron could be a Aemon's bastard, what he did as a king definitely won the people's hearts. Aegon's bastards has no right to start the wars. Everyone know how jealous Aegon was to Aemon. Accusing Aemon and Naerys of adultery was very pathetic of Aegon

The Dragonknight was definitely one of the greatest. But it's my personal opinion that Ser Duncan The Tall was the "noblest" knight to ever live. Dunk was the very embodiment of everything that a knight should be.
