The fact that he and Daeron the Young Dragon fought side by side in Dorne is a cool tidbit I feel many people don't really think about often. That must've been a helluva tag team

Also.... man, he and Naerys really had a terrible life, if only Viserys II had taken more care to govern Aegon, or ask the Small Council to have Aemon as the next in line.

Or better yet, cautioned Daeron the Young Dragon a bit more, and ensure he spent more time up in King's Landing. So much that went wrong which led to Aegon IV to become King, and Aemon to end up as a Kingsguard who died in defense of him

He was (imo) one of the most important characters in the histories of Westeros. He was selfless in all things. Not a common quality amongst Targaryens. Keep up the great work.

Aemon the Dragon Knight, the dude spent I can’t recall how long in the cage out in Dorne… and STILL had Strength to save his brother who was collapsing as he freed Aemon..

Not only that but when he fought for The honor of Naerys …

He was Dragon in his own class

You forgot that Jon says in a game with Rob, I am Amon the dragon knight. Jon is Amon's parallel. Many people theorize that Jon's actual name is Amon.
