That’s a dad that should have got therapy ages ago.
He has his own anger issues, his own inability to control them so he looses it and takes it out on his kids. Coming from personal experience, it absolutely destroys your confidence and you grow up nervous and constantly apologising because you’re used to people in your life blowing up and losing control.
