How To Fix Error 2503 and 2502 Windows 10/8/7 [Tutorial]

If you are installing (or configuring) software on your Window 7, 8 or 10 PC, you may see ERROR 2503 followed by ERROR 2502:

During the WFBS/WFBS-SVC Agent installation, you receive the following errors.
