Came across error 2503 & 2502 in Win10 trying to install Blender 3.6, typed "error code 2503" into browser:
Looked on Microsoft official site first, recommendation : Clean install... yeah nah I don't want to spend an hour or more with that just to install then have to reset all my settings etc. for windows.
Clicked your video, watched once, then watched again while copying the steps.
Restarted PC opened Blender installer & it installed first time.

So after adding the Everyone under security it gives me an error whil trying to Apply the settings. it says "An error occurred while applying security information to: Failed to enumerate objects in the container. Access is denied:"
