Does the recipient "Joe" need to have your pgp key/have your certified on his kleopatra app....or can he just decrypt the message directly

Is this like part 1 of 2 or something? You did not explain how to export your key so joe could read messages from you, which is just as important. It's like only showing someone to start a car, and begin to accelerate, without explaining how to break and park. Just saying, this is incredibly incomplete. Unless you just plan to send Joe his message and never stop driving. Cuz Joe ain't gunna be able to send you a message back telling you how to stop. Guess you're just going to be jumping out at full speed.
