I have to say, I was salivating over that rack of routers. To never have to change a bit again?? The decadence!!! New Life Goal Added!

Great video. Thanks. What would I use to cut one straight cut across the 25" direction? I need a shorter piece.

Would blue taping the cut line make a smoother finish?

You seem to be using a T118BF blade designed for metal, but Bosch has a specific blade for Corian, the T301CHM.
It is much more expensive - where I live, the list price of a 3-blade pack of T301CHM is about 5 times more than a 5-blade pack of T118BF, and its a special order.
I wonder what are the tradeoffs of using T118BF vs T301CHM.

jig saw seemed to be at a pretty low speed? What grit was that block?

How accurately can it be cut? I mean, I want to shave off just 1.5cm from a bathroom vanity's top which is made of Corian, because it extends further from the rest of the vanity which I want placed on the corner. If I don't cut the Corian, the vanity will leave 1cm vacuum on the wall!
