I don't know if anyone has already mentioned this, but I don't have the settings button, to get to the advanced settings screen, like yours. I have a list of apps with elipses to the right of the app names.

I clicked a random app. Looked like only apps that run in the background has the Advanced options feature. But it got me to Background apps permissions. The default and recommended setting is Power optimize. I clicked on the drop-down and saw two more options - Always and Never.

Windows 11 is nice and all but it is almost the new vista. It's way to complex and the things Microsoft have changed settings wise suit them more than us (the consumers).

I have the advanced options for forza horizon 4 but don't have the background apps setting. if I alt-tab out of forza, it disconnects from online :(
