How To Stop Background Apps On Android

There is a simple way to stop background apps on Android. Stopping app refresh is a great way to reduce battery usage and improve the performance of your Android phone.

Background apps can be closed via the settings menu.

Simply open the Settings app and click on apps to see a full list of your apps.
Under each app's setting, there is an option under the battery for background restriction. With this option, you can stop background apps from refreshing on Android.

I know this is how it's done but was looking for that one way you can stop/ restrict all apps with that u can then go back and allow those u want them to run...

It seems. Like they have deliberately made it so!
THAT'S Pretty NASTY AND MEAN!!!
I have currently 72 apps running in the background, and they are sucking my battery like hell!!!
When I downloaded these apps I didn't sign up for them constantly running in the background and just leeching my battery life! 😢
