Okay. It's a cross between Pantheon and Caitlyn support. Nifty trick for autofilled one tricks and maybe mains. Would probably be pretty great in some pro comps. Not touching this in solo queue.

I played against this guy in one of my games, I was autofilled support and thought it would be a free win since they had Camille support in a grandmasters lobby. I was wrong, we still won but that Camille was a force to reckon with

As a support main I can tell you: if your adc suck, no level of skill will change the lane outcome.

Stuff like this being not only possible but *good* shows how absurdly bad riot is at balancing hero roles.
If you look at DotA and how heroes are balanced into "positions" from 1 to 5, position 1 heroes have rather weak base kits but they scale well with items, so they have 1st priority for farm, position 5 heroes are the complete opposite, having strong supportive and crowd control abilities so they can have an impact with nothing but levels, focusing on spending all their passive and kill gold on wards and support items since they have the lowest farm priority. On top of that items are (for the most part) laser focused on specific niches rather than having a weird collection of effects. Armor items just give armor and abilities that impact armor, health items just give health and enhance health, anti-magic items are just antimagic, damage items only enhance damage...

Its by no means perfect and there's outliers but its leagues (of legends) better than the aimless shotgun approach to hero and item design. It annoys me so much cause I really like playing certain champs but its so unfun when you run into a random broken build that just wouldn't exist if Riot would just have a proper balance and design ethos and stick to it with every champion. Even if they want to make champs that bend and break the rules you have to have a clearly defined set of rules *to* bend and break to begin with.

Nowadays it's all about damage. I remember back in like 2011 where you actually played a support to heal and shield. I miss those days. Riot could actually stop releasing support champs and just focus on pure damage. Saaad.
