Let's just hope that it will become an open standard so companies don't have to pay for it and the Linux community can implement it for Linux too.

Windows 11 just keeps getting better. Still going to wait thought to upgrade. Will upgrade when windows 10 is no longer supported. By then windows 11 should be really good. Windows 10 though still has the most stability.

SignalRGB is a great piece of software....works great. It works with some WIFI LED RGB devices too.

Funny thing is, at the component level of all these RGB accessories are essentially the same. The addressable RGB LEDs could be using the same protocols, but are being software-gated by the manufacturers to force you into their ecosystem.

The only problem, it will only support „Razer“ and „Asus“ hardware, unless something new happens.

I've got 4 different brands of RGB in my computer, and...

• Corsair RGB RAM - Rainbow Wave
• Random cheap RGB RAM - Flashing Rainbow
• Coolermaster RGB CPU Cooler- Radial Rainbow Wave
•CyberpowerPC Case fans (Case + fans from my old pre-built, put a new MOBO and everything else in) - Solid Red

And all of the Rainbow things are always flashing different colors too, one yellow and one green RAM stick, a blue CPU cooler and red fans

I seriously doubt it’s gonna be worth it. Be realistic, it’s Microsoft, there’s gonna be 3 modes, no way to customize it, and if you try to install a 3rd part app, it will be like your switching from edge to Google.
