Being a Sudanese musician myself, from a country and culture where colourism is still rampant, us musicians are told we're going to hell, chased out of our own homes, and... worse, it's honestly so inspiring to see that Afro-Americans recognise and appreciate our distinct brand of blackness, ahsanti mashallah <3

So happy to see other cultures from across the planet :) We in the USA, especially the country, not BIG cities, so rarely engage anyone from outside our country, much less our region. We are not even educated past anything that is not American or European. And seeing this beautiful video and hearing this beautiful music brings us previously uneducated people closer to our fellow human beings :)
