like L2TP, PPTP, SSTP, WIREGUARD and Openvpn so doesn't work please explain V2rayNG and other new protocol/technology

I did everything based on your movie but in the last step, I had this message : root/username.ovpn : no such file or directory. I mean after typing this one : scp /root/username.ovpn /samba/public.

Please help me how to fix this problem.
