Ran at the welsh national championships as a guest athlete was a good experience and took lots away from it after having some issues warming up. still healthy and making strides towards my goals which is the main thing close to that legal sub 11. Plan is to take some time before my next comp to get some good quality training in and drop some faster times as I get deep into the season.

How'd you get into weightlifting man? I wanna learn it but it's not so popular over here and I'm not sure if I should get a coach whether or not

Honestly i don't see you being much better than what you are rn, you progressed extremely quickly and then plateaued hard for the last year and a half. Maybe you should hop on roids or do something drastically different but there is no way you go 10.6x for now
