I would like to think this song is in perspective of my best friend who hurt me deeply back in 2020 during quarantine, and that he is extremely sorry for what he did (which he was because he instantly regretted it the moment he betrayed my trust). It has been really hard to let go and move on from the pain and hurt he caused, but I hold onto it until I can find myself again (which, as something being said in the song, is not okay). I've become more shy and cautious of what I share or when I want to speak because I don't want to be hurt again. It is taking a lot of courage in me right now just to post this comment. I would love to share this with my best friend however, it may make things worse for him with that regret, which I have the feeling, he has already moved on from just to bring it back down on him again. I don't know why I'm sharing all of this, but I know, this time, I need to PRESS THAT "COMMENT" BUTTON instead of clicking "cancel" like I always do! Thank you Smash Into Pieces for the music you started out with to the music you release now, I'm currently trying to understand the story you've made with ARCADIA, so I've found myself watching all of your Official Music Videos by upload date just to figure it out.
