Oh dear. 'Pertinent' is an unexpected puzzler. I do weird stuff with that one. We can start with the Merriam Webster's pronunciation 'pər-tə-nənt' (prtununt), but the audio pronunciation they provide does not match. It does match Rachel's pronunciation, which is 'prɂnunt'. I, however, pronounce it 'prɂnunɂ'. I replace BOTH T's with a glottal stop.
