From the comfort of his million dollar mansion, Hasan never fails to provide the dumbest takes imaginable.

Hasan: “I fight for the little guy”
Also Hasan when a poor old ethnic man gets robbed and beaten: “it’s three dollars of Doritos what a baby”

Kai's situation is a perfect example of "with great clout comes great responsibility"

I’m so sick of people using “generational trauma” as an excuse to do whatever they please, break whatever laws they want to, and avoid any and all accountability and responsibility, essentially getting off scot-free.

Kai should take responsibility but people need to raise their kids better. Let’s be honest. When I was a teen I had no urge to climb cars like an idiot. Social media got these kids brains thinking stupidity is a key to success.

Wow Hasan had a terrible opinion. Whats new?

JiDion complaining about how a stranger made him uncomfortable is ULTIMATE hypocrisy. Like, damn.
Dude literally annoys strangers for a living, and even had that college professor he followed around for an entire day, and he's shocked his fan tried to grab his durag?

as a kid growing up we played games, listened to music, and watched shows that you could say all promoted some sort of violence. But our parents and adults around us always instilled values in us to be able to differentiate entertainment from reality. I see a lot of kids out here with no moral compass, uncontrollable, looking up to and idolizing ENTERTAINERS. Spare the rod and spoil the child, all these things stem from home imo.

Hasan made me facepalm. That was such a tone-deaf response. That was even more of an indication of being out of touch than Mike Pence trying to pump gas.

I live one block away and was walking with my wife to the grocery store in Union Square when the riot started happening. It was mostly teens, and there was nothing "Rowdy" about their behavior. They were literally tossing fire extinguishers vertically in the air so that they would fall down and hit people in the head, they were jumping on parked cars breaking windows, meanwhile assaulting people as we see with the unfortunate News-stand owner. Love that HasanAbish educated us on how to do better, "It's just Doritos, Bruh" !

Hassan has to be one of the worse things that happened to the political side of twitch for the libs, independents etc I can't believe they banned Destiny and brought him on.

I’ve always tried to hold hope in my heart for the youth. As a black man in Europe, I’ve witnessed our culture emulating everything from the US. We’re systematically brainwashed and not strong/smart enough to break the mental chains. We’ve got to do better!

"They're just rowdy teenagers." Well, what can you do to stop them? Ground them? Wave your finger and tell them to stop? They may be teenagers, but it's still basically a riot.

Never surprised when Hasan gives a delusional take

When I see kids acting like they just escaped from the asylum, I blame the warden. Kids are a reflection of what their parents teach them. I really feel like a lot of parents have been letting the internet raise their kids and it shows when shit like this happens.

This is what a mass-thinking behaviour looks like. It isn't just in the US, it's practically everywhere. But the fact, it was orquestrated by someone who has a big influence over people is WILD! And He was watching the whole situation, getting hyped because everything got out of control.... we really live in a world of poor thinking...

Respect for both of you, for saying some things that need to be said. The problem is that there are multiple root causes to this kind of behavior, and kids are getting more violent and less empathic.

Responsibility goes all around. Kai for not organizing this properly. His friends/groupies who don't tell him what's responsible (or maybe Kai doesn't surround himself with all the right voices). The stupid kids who were raised on Twitch and don't know what it means to socialize as a non-basement dweller. The parents for letting their kids be raised by the internet.

Shits crazy out here idk man.

I’m black and I’ll say it. When different groups of people get together things seem to be ok. When black groups get together shit tends to hit the fan. Hip Hop culture here in the US is appalling. There needs to be a movement in Black communities that rejects the so called “thug” life.

You may not be responsible for your fans (or even the kind of people that just show up), but you do have to know them — and Kai certainly knows plenty about them now. Moving forward, if he pulls something like this again there’s no defending him. I really hope he’s smart enough to realize that the only reason anyone is taking his side is due to the uniqueness and unexpectedness of the situation. Just about every competent argument in defense of him hinges in some way on that. But as soon as he does it again, then it’s not unique and it’s not unexpected, and no one will be able to defend him. I really hope he doesn’t think he can get away with this again (since face it, the publicity has been HUGE), but I think he probably does.
