Do you know if condo maintenance fees are usually paid by the tenants or the landlord?

I moved out for the first time recently during the pandemic. I needed to move out of an urgent/chaotic living situation that wasn't bringing me peace so it wasn't nearly as planned or as affordable as it could have been but I'm happy I went with it. As a single person living in Toronto I probably stayed in my situation for as long as I did because of advice like "save for a house" or "only spend x amount per month".

I'll always have the option to consider these new technologies or things to better myself whenever I next move but I also think it's important for people to know that if you don't check all the suggested steps you're not doing it wrong if you're comfortable with it. Make the best decision based off of your own resources that you have access to at that time.

Great vid! Rent in TO is beyond ridiculous! Comparable with Quebec! It could be even more expensive than renting in Central London and TO does not even compare with London!
