For being a 19 year old at the time of filming this, you were very educated and intelligent about your money and priorities. Me and my mom watched this together and she kept saying how proud of you she was and so am I !!!

The rent part is something I’ve always been scared of . It’s the idea of being evicted and not being able to pay it is really what has kept me in the house but seeing this it all makes since second job means extra income, saving each paycheck before the rent is due even if that means missing out on some things will helpful feel like I should know that at almost 21.

i’m 17, moving out at 18. i watches your video about moving out early and i’m learning how to do it the most effective and cost efficient way. i get paid every week and i have a job and a side hustle and bring in about 1500 a month. the rent here isn’t much, and it all feels better now that i see you sharing your story. thank you so much!

I've almost got 10k saved up and I still feel too anxious about if I'll live someplace comfortably. The deposit, furniture, food, Bills, insurance, car payments. I'm starting to think 10k is too little even if rent is 800.

Smart Girl. I inherited a home at age 19. I’m 52 years and have 4 accounts. American Express savings for vacation funds, Chase savings account is for taxes for residence. NFCU checking accounts for monthly expenses and NFCU savings is the emergency fund. This channel is quite refreshing. Keep up the good work!

I love this advice. Heavy on the last thing she said "don't do anything extra" Make sure rent is your number #1 priority. Good luck everyone your hard work will pay off.🤞🏽😎
