Great except mine is smooth on the inside with nothing to grab hold of. There are holes in the bottom of the door but only a couple of inches from the floor.

Wow. This is the worst. I cant get into my safe so i emailed them after 3 days they email me back and sd get into the safe and inspect it for bent rods then said the issue is resolved but i still cant get into safe

My experience with this company ever since they bought siege as you never get any help your warrantees are worthless. You’re going to spend out-of-pocket to get a locksmith or a safe Smith to come and open your safe and then you could put your safe out to the trash.
