Hey that’s great, now what do I do if the old keypad broke while the safe is locked? What do I do when certain digits on the keypad no longer work? Why won’t your corporate headquarters answer my emails?

Very nice! What if the NL keypad is faulty and you can not open you safe anymore? Tried to replace NL keypad for another one (same model) and is not responding.

Dealing with the same issue. Cannot get in my safe! NL keypad failed and now have a replacement that will require drilling. So dissapointed in our $1, 000 purchase from Tractor Supply. Worked great for a year and a half, long enough for the warranty to expire. Customer service for Cannon is mimimal at best. At one point was directed to use a rubber mallet on the door near the locking points. Locksmith is going to be expensive but need to get at our valuables, am I right?
Never again will we purchase a Cannon product.

Do you make a replacement keypad yet that's EMP proof that I can retrofit to the cannon 40 gun safe sold at Tractor supply.

I bought a Canon shave new from tractor supply in 2019 last week when I opened it the shaft connected to the turn handle broke off inside the shape nothing to do with the keypad that works fine contact a Canon took quite a while to give them all the information they wanted even a video of the battery which had nothing to do with my problem then they tell me it will take 15 to 20 days before they get someone to come out and open it I will buy a better shape in the meanwhile and transfer my items once they finally get around to fix it then I will get rid of it by any means possible thank you for your time

My issue with Cannon was similiar. They do not stand behind their products. After sending videos of the issue (keypad beeps as if unlocked but the handle does not turn much to actually open) --- they told me I would need to drill it to open it. Seriously what good is that to me to have it drilled to access my belongings and then still need to replace the parts. Stay away from Cannon.

The locking mechanism that Cannon Safe sent me to replace the one that failed, is not compatible with my old Locking Mechanism. They continue to say my issue has been solved. It hasn’t. This safe is a piece of crap. I don’t recommend buying a Cannon Safe.

I bought the same shape new from tractor supply in 2019 when I went to open it last week the shaft connected to the turn handle broke off inside the safe contacted Canon they require quite a bit of information receipts pictures even a video of the battery once it was escalated to a warranty item they told me it would take 15 to 20 days before they could get to it my advice is if you need to get in your safe before 2 to 3 weeks buy something better I am already going to get a better shape and transfer my items once they open it in about give this piece of junk away thank you for your time
