I get the impression those cheaper bench buck converters other than the expensive Riden are rubbish. The current and voltage values should have been already calibrated. I bet When you load that thing the actual current vs the current reported on the display will be off, and the error will not be liner, making calibration useless. I bet that cheap rubbish will give an unstable output at very low loads. Also a seller said with the 20Amp version if u hook up a big motor drawing more than 4amps or any inductive load it will blow it up! If you try to charge a battery you need a series diode else back flow will burn the PCB..crazy.
