In this review the WUZHI WZ5005 Buck Converter panel is tested. Shown how to use it, how to set up the WiFi and control it using Android app. The minimum, maximum, accuracy of reading and output, input current over 55V, 50V, 30V, 24V, 18V, 15V, 12V, 8.4V, 5V, 24V and 3.3V tested. Ripple voltage and switching frequency is also measured using oscilloscope. Charging One and two cell Lithium battery is shown. There is tones of useful information to get the best of this WUZHI module.

Got one of these, got a 48v meanwell style PSU cranked to 51v, designed and 3D printed a case and couldn't be happier with the setup.

Only managed to get to 47.7 something volts, so not quite 48v - but awesome all the same.

I just ordered a small bench power supply rated 0-120VDC, 3A. I want to test it right away so I can return it if there's a problem. I don't have the fancy load tester you have so I'll need to find some pure resistive loads and maybe toss in a soldering iron or two to get it close to 40 ohms and 360 watts (keeping the power factor at 1). I may have a rheostat to tweak it with. I was surprised to see the reviews on youtube were mostly hugging their new power supply and playing with the CC and CV knobs. No-one was testing it's limits. Maybe you'll do one in the future, a cheap one like I would buy.

How does it handle 0.001A of current in CC mode?
It is possible to set such limit but does it work on practice?

But I wonder what the maximum diameter of cable I can put into input green connector?
I'm looking for a 2 square mm diameter cable, but not sure would it fir the connector? Especially when cable is crimped in square crimp)

* I'm expecting the device from Aliexpress and want to but the cable for connections before it's arrival.

The specs mention undervoltage protection (LVP), which would be useful for powering stuff from Li-ion batteries. Did you find any evidence of that feature in the settings?

could you conclude voltage input is best for DC to DC converter? high voltage 55v input, and the near voltage between input and output, which is best for convert efficiency?

Did you figure out how to calibrate it? Mine is giving lower actual reading voltage than the configured in the device. i.e. at 5.00 volts it supply 4.978v at 50.00 volts it supply 49.78v. Do you think it is acceptable?

Good advertising video editing. But there are omissions - compare the times 0:36 and 45:08. The 5V voltage at 0:36 is more like the truth.
