Oats - 3 tbsp
Ripe Banana - 1 large
Dates - 2 (Pitted) - Seedless
Chia Seeds - 1 tbsp + 1/2 tsp for garnish
Cinnamon Powder - 1/4 tsp
Milk - 1/2 cup
Roasted seeds (any) - 1/2 tsp
