I made mine with soaked oats, a bit of cinnamon granola, a bit of tropical muesli, yoghurt, banana, plum, milk, kiwi and honey. Amazing

I tried this recipe but I substituted the yoghurt with a spoon of peanut butter and the smoothie was delicious as well as nutritious and not dominated by too much of dairy products. Milk and yoghurt seemed like a recipe for weight gain in my opinion.

I saw a comment where a young lady said if u use too much Cinnamon it will turns ur hair White.?!.
I never heard or read this anywhere, .. I have read thou Cinnamon will make ur Hair Stronger, .and it also helps to Lower ur Blood Suger an it mixed along with other Ingredients can also help with Arthritis Pain, ..
I don't know about turning your hair white..but l will look into this because l really like Cinnamon l don't use it every single day but l use it more then two times a week to help my Blood Suger n Arthritis Pain, .lol

Saw a similar video. Soak the oats overnight. One part oats, one part water. I heated up for 30 seconds in the microwave, and waited about an hour. B's need nicely. Also, use frozen bananas. Even better? Make the night before to drink it COLD.
