What are the signs and symptoms of endometrial cancer?

In this video, Ursula Matulonis, MD, chief of the Division of Gynecologic Oncology at Dana-Farber, shares common symptoms of endometrial cancer to look out for as well as treatment options.

Endometrial cancer is curable if the disease is diagnosed at an early stage. It's important to speak to your doctor if you notice any abnormal vaginal bleeding or discharge.

I was diagnosed with endometrial cancer just after I turned 39 (biopsy done when I was 38). My main symptom was anaemia from the incredibly heavy bleeding and I had spotting in between periods. 5 years on, and i lost my ability to have children, but I'm still here. Took me two years to get diagnosed though as I was "too young" even though I knew something was wrong.

Uterine cancer is a major disease and my aunt was suffering from it. We tried all the treatments but she wasn't getting the energy to get back to her daily routine. All thanks to the products and services of Planet Ayurveda that she was able to gain her energy back and got back to her daily routine.

I am 59 yrs old. I had my period 3 times in 2020 and I had it every month in 2019 and every month in the previous years. Then in April 2021 I spotted a little. In May 2021 I had a period for 5 days(light bleeding). I had a physical 3 wks ago. and my Dr. examined me. She said I had a polyp and said that is what caused my bleeding, not a period.(which I think it was a real period). So, She ordered an ultra sound. The ultrasound showed thick lining of the uterus of 6 MM. The finding is abnormal because it was over 5MM.
Now I need to see a gynecologist. I have an appt July16th. They will do a biopsy. The thing is I would not consider myself post menopausal because I did not miss my period for full 12 months.
I hope they find no cancer. I still do not get why they are going to do a biopsy when I am not post menopausal yet.
Any feed back from anyone would be appreciated.

Could I possibly need to be checked if I have PCOS, on medication to have a period and my body still won’t have a period? I am only 20 and was diagnosed when I was 17.

i literally have it all and my gyn said 'nah I'm not gonna see what's in your uterus'. If i knew these were all symptoms I would've urged her to do it!

started heavy menstruation with clots so she put me on pills
pelvic pain got me the first appt
bloating and constipation
and now the newest symptom...a lump inside
