Chebureki Recipe
2 cup flour, 1 tsp salt, 1 cup hot water, 50ml oil.

500g minced meat, Salt, pepper, paprika, onion.

Oil and cook.

This is very similar to the Puerto Rican pastelio we cook our meat in advance but this was so cool to see 💓

How many did this recipe make, using 500gm?

I halved the dough recipe (1 cup flour, half a cup of water, 25ml oil) and it was way too much water, the dough was sticky. Had to add more flour. Not sure why it didn't work out

Çiborek is a traditional Turkish and Tatar Turks dish, not a Russian dish. It's very sad that you share this as Russian food. At least you could change the name. Because ciborek is a Turkish word.🇹🇷🇹🇷🇹🇷🇹🇷

It's a dish of Georgian cuisine! Unbelievable how Russians are stealing everything from surrounding nations. Chebureki have never been Russian.
