Hey! Indigenous woman here. The basket in the beginning of the video is called a "pack basket" and it can be used for foraging, harvesting sweetgrass, and some people use them for ice fishing. Just depends on what you want to use it for. Some of my tribal members make them. And no, they don't all have lids.

I was looking at all my work activities that had been assigned by my teammate this morning, and I let out an audible "ugh"...but then I saw you had uploaded a video. The day eased into a better mindset. I am SO FOR a live sale. I was lucky enough to purchase something from your ebay, and the little mice ornaments I received have a high honor position on my TV stand (in a lantern with a door). Thanks for doing the joy sourcing for us. 🐿💝🐿 (I'm the weirdo who decorates the squirrel table.)

That diary sounds like my diary at age 12. My mom broke the lock and read my diary to everyone at the campgrounds firepit. Seriously about 40 to 50 people. I never did forgive her for that. It was the churches camp, so we knew everyone, other kids included! Wow, memories

The big basket at the beginning, us spinners use for holding wool/spinning fiber. You can just set it down next to your spinning wheel and start spinning from it.
