I love many many types of music, but The Beach Boys admittedly aren't a band I listen to much; I respect them but it's just not my cup of tea. That being said, this is probably literally one of the best songs ever written. This era of music is what brought psychedelia to the mainstream, combining progressive / experimental ideas and making them a song that's still easily accessible and fun with pop sensibilities
