The message itself is understandable you want to do business only with people who already have a business. However, you can't create any kind of new business if you don't ask those specific words "How you would do it?". Also, if you are after great price appreciations, the already existing business doesn't do it, but they can do it by buying the new businesses - who did ask the question how you would do it, and they followed their ideas.

I think it would be valuable to us if they say no find out what you need to change to get them to buy it. And you can’t just ask your mom because she’ll always say yes 😂
