Prague is known for its beautiful old town and gothic churches but also for being one of Europe's most affordable cities. This place is a paradise for budget travelers who love to drink cheap beer and is one of my favorite cities in the world.

Lived in Prague for 7 years and some corrections:

- The picture of the video is misleading; you won't find a beer for 0.2 dollars in Prague (are you joking?). Most are at least 50 kc and even 100 or more in the centre.
- Definitely not the cheapest city in Europe, and it's only getting worse.
- It's not the narrowest street in Europe.
- Kofola is more commonly known as the local cola, Royal Crown is American. Coca Cola and Pespi can be found everywhere (wtf?).
- 15 dollars for a piece of ham and mash is quite expensive in CZ.
- Trdelnik is not traditional and Czechs don't eat or recommend it. It's a tourist trap. Try Větrník instead.
- The Sex museum is literally at the bottom of the list of things I would do here, go to Vysehrad or Naplavka for free.
- You can actually rent cheaper boats on the other side of the island, the ones that no one can see from the road..
- It's a nutria, not a beaver.
- Czechs don't like it if you say CZ is eastern europe, prefer "central europe".
- 14:15 that bar is serving Pilsner which can be found everywhere, it's not exclusive.
- Mustek is rammed with tourists and expensive hotels, I wouldn't recommend living there.
- I have never seen a toilet like that in Prague. Nice.
- 5 dollars is like the least you will pay for a decent meal in CZ. Not sure what you mean by it being cheaper somewhere else.

Prague is not even Europe's cheapest capital, it's not even in the top 10

Prague is definitely not the cheapest city in Europe by a mile. It's actually in the upper middle range. As someone who lives in Germany but close to the Czech border I can tell you that Czech Republic is more expensive than Germany (West). Even the Czechs that live close to the border go for grocery shopping to Germany as it's too expensive in the Czech Republic.

Czech Republic isn't Eastern Europe, it's Central Europe. As a CZ person, I can say we get angry when someone calls us Eastern Europe country...

I live in Poland so it's quite close to Czech Repulic and it's like 4-5 hours drive to to Prague, so I've been there
at least 5 times and it amazes me EVERY TIME. I just love Prague.

5:30 The Trdelník is just about as traditinal to Czechia as the Taco is to the US.
Apart from that you might consider changing the title to something like Central-Europes Cheapest city as there are many more cheaper cities in the countries to the East of Czechia. For sure: everything is relative, and compared to London, Paris and even Berlin. Prague is super affordable.

As a Czech person I have some comments:
First of all, we HATE being called Eastern Europe. It relates to our past with communist regime, we don't want to be linked to the East/Russia. Also, look at the map- Czech Republic is literally in the heart of Europe! So please call us a Central European country.
And next time, you should try typical czech meals such as "svíčková" or "knedlo vepřo zelo". They're both universally loved.
I've been to Prague many times but I still got inspired by your video on things I'll do next time I visit!

Hi, nice video! I was born in Prague right in the center of the city. I like your video. Just one thing - trdelnik is definitely not typical Czech thing to eat. It’s Romanian originally. But Lázeňské oplatky are. They used to sell them in Celetna street, warm, crispy, delicious.

So, the tiny street isn’t a street - tourist trap. Trdelink is not a traditional Czech food. You got to fact check, mate - watch “The Honest Guide”
