Propagating falsehood, animosity within and abroad, and religious fanaticism are the bane for overall interest of the nation. It's disgusting to see Jairam Ramesh and Mani Shankar Iyer's bottom-of-the-barrel comments on this amazing man. Indira Gandhi paid for her own misdeeds however tragic it was.She was trying to run down the Akalis by hobnobbing with Bhindrawale. Like wise Rajiv Gandhi was dissuaded by the then Foreign Secretary to not to send the IPKF to Sri Lanka. Instead of heeding his advice he summarily dismissed him. Rest is history. Mr. Jaishankar, FYI Nehru's family fought for India's independence and subsequent growth and development in India. The family is always in politically active. Indiraji and Rajivji were assassinated for decisions taken for this country. Understand and learn from History. You represent a party that has not taken part in the freedom struggle.
