ANOTHER GOLD FOR FOX! 🇦🇺 | Women's Slalom C-1 | #Paris2024 Highlights

Jessica Fox of Australia added the C1 title to her K1 crown from earlier in the week at Paris 2024, successfully defending her title from Tokyo 2020 in 2021 with her win in the women's canoe slalom single. Germany's Elena Lilik took home the silver and Evy Leibfarth of the United States clinched the bronze medal.

Something you may not know her mother was also competed in the Olympic Games and won bronze for France too. and their daughter/sister Noemi is also an Olympian which Paris is her first games. Their father did it too. He managed to commentate jess’ first gold back in Tokyo

This looks more like it. Just watched the k1 and thought it weird the length of the boat. I did c1 for a bit and it brought back memories of Tasmanian championships . Just to clarify I was paddling in the 80s . I’m 54 and I haven’t done any slalom since I was 17.
