I had PTSD for over a year after witnessing 2 men get shot at while they were crossing the street. I ran in the opposite direction hoping the shooter didn't see me. I was 17. I can't begin to imagine what this man is going through emotionally after actually being shot at, while handcuffed, in a confined space! This is insane.
