Man shot to death while with 10-year-old daughter in Manhattan deli

I grew up in this neighborhood and I don’t remember it ever being this bad. There’s certainly is something wrong with the world when people feel empowered to commit such horrible crimes against their fellow brothers and sisters. As a parent, I weep for that poor child and I hope she knows nothing but love and compassion from the people around her for the rest of her life. As a fellow member of the human race I hope that killer gets his comeuppance, post haste.

Police arrested Joseph Morros, the guy who shot 30 yr old Tykeem Berry in the chest at THAT [an] Inwood BODEGA [wine, grocery & deli store]. The victim Tykeem Berry has 19 prior arrests & police are looking at whether that had anything to do with the shooting, or whether this was a chance dispute.
The shooter, Joseph Morros, is charged with murder and criminal possession of a weapon.
