I have a text document in Msword10 in which a person's name is frequently repeated. How do I insert a macro button into a field code in msword, so that whenever I click on the macro button all the fields will be filled with that name at once?

thanks for nice explanation/ i have a question pleas / if i need to add a command botton inside the word FOTRM or templat, THIS TEMPLATE HASE SOME FIELDS TO FILL IN the fields are all in type plain text content conrols. i want to write a code for the command botton that save the document as the content of studentNAME field (plain text content control), into a specific bath directory, how can i write the code pleas ? can you drope the line code that do this when i click in this command botton.? pleas your answe and thank you in advance. ps i dont want to print the command botton in paper when i print out the document . can i make the command botton unprinted?

Can be given script for text box control, after run text in text box, the result is not different from text box, my problem is in multi-line suda control text box, but when sent the result so enter (VbcrLf) or new Line, I requires in function text box control (Alt + Enter) Or Shift + Enter runs so that the text you want to send has a new paragraph in the same line in the text box
